Do you offer transportation from the hotel?
At this time, we do not offer transportation. There are several options if you need a ride to the hotel, from the airport or elsewhere, that our front desk would be happy to assist you with.
Do you have handicap accessible rooms?
Yes, we have rooms that offer accessible features ranging from wheelchair-friendly room layouts, roll-in showers, bathroom grab bars, and we gladly welcome your service animal.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?
High speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel and is included as part of your booking.
Do you allow dogs?
Well behaved and potty trained dogs under 50 lbs are welcomed to stay in our dog friendly rooms, which will include a $75 pet cleaning fee per five days of stay. Pets are not allowed in food and beverage areas, pool, fitness center, ballrooms, lobby and courtyards. All dog friendly rooms face the law side of the hotel and are on the lower level. Guests with service animals do not have to pay the fee or follow the restrictions above.
Are there refrigerators in the rooms?
Yes, every room has a mini fridge for your convenience.
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
Late check-outs and early check-ins are not guaranteed, but can be requested by contacting our front desk staff at (740) 788-1200.
What are the check-in/checkout times?
Check-in is at 4PM and checkout is at 11AM.
Is your restaurant open to the public?
Yes! Craftsman Kitchen and Terrace is open to the public. We recommend making a reservation on the Craftsman Kitchen & Terrace Website.
How old do I need to be to reserve a room?
You must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
Do you have to be a guest to use the pool or fitness center?
The pool and fitness center is restricted to hotel guests only.
I booked my stay through a third-party website. How can I make changes to my reservation?
Please reach out directly to the customer service team of the third-party booking platform you used to make your reservation.
